Hi Perla, don't quite understand what you mean by a custom QR code with the encoding?
You don't draw QR codes manually, you create them with (in my case), the built-in tools that Adobe InDesign has.
The result is a properly encoded, scalable QR code to the specs required to be scanned and then pointing to your URL.
If you have the custom URL, this takes no time at all.
Please clarify what you mean, and I could create this for you for 1 hour of my hourly rate. -
