General information for the website: I need a copy of a calculator we have branded with our link / logo
Description of requirements/features: Hi,

We would like someone to make a copy of our BankruptcyCanada.com calculator that is branded with a link to https://bankruptcycanada.com so we can give out this tool as part of a linkbuilding campaign.

The calculator is https://bankruptcycanada.com/bankruptcy-calculators/bankruptcy-calculator/

We would need:

The calculator turned into a file / code that can easily be added to other similar bankruptcy / debt websites

The calculator should have a link to our site along the lines of "This calculator provided by BankruptcyCanada.com" with a link on BankruptcyCanada.com. We would also need a second copy with the link as our logo.

This link should be unremovable.

In order for the calculation to be accurate the numbers in the php code need to be updated each year. We would require the calculator that we give out to run off OUR calculator's php code as we don't want other sites using this calculator to have to worry about updating the numbers annually.
