I need a catalogue produced from an Excel data source

We have an Excel spreadsheet with 2 main sheets which contain details of Products which is used as a database. The sheets containing the 2 different types of Products are “Hammered” and “All Others”
The requirement is to produce a catalogue, in two parts, which can be printed as one catalogue, in a precise format using the data from the Excel spreadsheet.
The catalogue has two formats, the first format, "Hammered", has one Product per line and the second, "All Others”, has two columns, and therefore 2 Products per line. The two formats are held in different sheets within the spreadsheet.
The software and method used is optional, e.g. VB, Mailmerge, etc. but we would like the flexibility to tweak it if I need to, especially the headings as they can vary depending on stock. (Not essential but preferable)
The catalogue should be produced in Word or similar generic Word processing format for editing if necessary prior to printing.
I have only been able to upload 3 files so the example pages are zipped as is the spreadsheet as it is very large.
