I just need three pages coded, with some simple database programming. I have all the design done.

The concept of the site is essentially a deal aggregator, but with the data manually inputted and not automatically inputted to save time on programming. We want to get this website up in 1-2 days. My other programmer fell through and we need to launch by tomorrow or monday.

The home page is just super simple html and css. The second page asks for your email, and the third page is a searchable list. The website is a site that compiles deals from around them web and puts them into an easily searchable list. The headings in the list are,
Deal (url attached here), Company, Offered by, Expiration Date, Category, City.
On the left side, there is a way to filter results by category, city, and who it is being offered by.
In the backend, we just need a simple way to input this data and have it load live on the site.
I want the deal to automatically disappear when the expiration date is expired.
At the top of the results will be a search bar that can search the entire list.
The site is suppose to be really simple so that I can just test the concept. I don't care to integrate with other apis or anything. All the data will be manually loaded.

I have the design done and I have images of a wireframe of exactly what I want it to do/ look like.
