HTML5 Video player using jplayer.org

General information for the website: We need a custom video player based on specs provided here
Description of requirements/features: We need a custom HTML5 video player that can play mp4 files with the following controls on the progress bar:

Pause/Play toggle
Volume control
Full screen toggle
Progress bar with dots marked on predefined cue points. More on cue points below...

Cue points: We will mark video sections/chapters in an external VTT file that most browsers now support. The vtt files will contain timecodes and chapter names of various sections/chapters that we want in our video. The start points of the chapters must be marked on the progress bar automatically along with the chapter name above the point/dot.

The video must pause automatically at the chapter beginning.

When the user presses "F5" key on the keyboard the video must go to the chapter beginning before the current playhead.
When the user presses "." key on the keyboard the video must go to the chapter beginning that comes after the current playhead position.

The play/pause can also be activated by the "spacebar" key on the keyboard in addition to the mouse press as usual.

The player must be HTML5 and compatible with most modern browsers. It must be responsive and must adjust its width based on the width of the device that the video is being played on and must go full screen with all above features available in full screen mode too on all devices.
