HTML and JQuery, with Knack cloud database

We are an outside caterer based in the UK. We have an order management system that we produced a couple of years ago using a cloud database called Knack (www.knackhq.com). It has been brilliant, but we need to add some functionality that is outside the scope of Knack.

We already have a couple of simple HTML pages which contain an embedded view of specific Knack page views. One is for the client to manage their bookings, the other is for us in the kitchen. We want to add functions to the kitchen view, including label printing, and costings. These functions would be in additional HTML pages. The data is available through the Knack API and JQuery. We have a server set-up with php and MySQL database available.
