Hosted Calendar and Staff Database

I'm not sure on the specific skill set that would be best for this project but I want to start building a back-office style system, starting with a calendar which all staff can log in to remotely and view their schedules.

This will lead to a long term development project for my company as we slowly add new features, so please only send proposal if you're happy to work on and off in the future.

I've attached some page designs and notes for the functionality of the pages. I have a Linux Ubuntu virtual server with easily managed firewall we can use for hosting.

The site needs a main admin role that can login and add/edit new users and add/edit then a staff user role which can log in and view their relevant items.
