Horse racing software

i have a horse racing system i've been using and developing for twelve years.it is a simple set of maths equations in a "line" which is simply repeated for each runner and a score awarded to determine the likely winner.at the present time i need just a "bare bones"product but will be looking to have this upgraded to a "finished" product(downloadable),also several other pieces of downloadable software tools,this may just entail repackeging already avaliable software.
