Hook up my Parse-server backend to Web framework and ionic framework

Description of requirements/features: Note: All copied and pasted generic proposals will be ignored and I will only pick a dev that reads this spec.

I am looking for a very basic authentication systems for web and mobile. No bootstrapping required

I have created a back end for my web and mobile application using Parse-server. For this stage I need a developer to create a web app (using any framework but preferably Angular) and a hybrid app (using ionic) which will need to be able to authenticate/signup/forgotten password via email/password and has the ability to search for users by username. I.e:

On the web, I should be able to find a user by navigating to:
mywebsite.com/username

on mobile I should be able to find a user via a search box so I can search by username.

When a user authenticates they should be able to change their password/username/email address

When user searches for another user they should be able to see the searched user's name/username and details in parse server.

No Styling is required, just plain data in the app and website is required
Extra notes: This job is a starting point and once completed i'm looking to hire the same developer going forward to add additional features
