Help needed on website developed in flight with php

Need several jobs doing on website that has been designed in flight / php. Here are some of the items:

1) cron job to expire users
2) add google code on home page
3) install proxy pass (we will provide instructions and code)
4) Fix Members area Links

Looking for local support - Europe or UK only as we want on going relationship and we will need to visit at your location from time to time.
