I need to deploy Web API Core to either local IIS or Azure app service.
I have the basic ready but the deployment takes me too long since the Core API and IIS are probably not compatible.
I always get Internal error 500.19

- Are you deploying to **local IIS** or **Azure App Service**?
- Do you have **.NET Core Hosting Bundle** installed on your IIS server?
