Help completing a PHP Laravel web platform

General information for the website: Online data tracking, SaaS, Admin, Mangers and Users, data presentation
Description of requirements/features: PHP + Laravel Developer
Current project + ongoing projects.

We are looking for a Laravel Web Developer 5.4 / 5.5 for on going Larval support on a hourly basis.
This will be predominantly on an existing application, currently in development; we are at the final 30% of a project and require additional resource to complete.

Essential skills:
A minimum of 2 years' experience coding in:
Excellent knowledge of PHP
Excellent knowledge of Larval 5.4 and 5.5
MySQL experience
Ability to create api’s that can be consumed by a mobile application (Rest)
HTML, SCSS, Javascript (JQuery) and Bootstrap 4.0 experience (we use a https://wrapbootstrap.com theme)
Ability to create Graphs from Data
Ability to run your own local instance of larval and the projects
Ability to build software to a detailed task
Exceptional communication and personal skills

Desirable skills:
Experience with Laravel API’s
LAMP, WAMP, WIMP exposure
How we work
Trello Project Management tool for tasks
Git for source control
And Email and Slack for communication between yourself and us

Current Project:
We require help completing a Laravel web platform, currently at around 70% completion. The platform is a SaaS version of an unfinished Windows native desktop application. The project is to duplicate the functionality of the Windows version onto the web and provide SaaS functionality with Admin, Manager and User levels.

We are currently around 70% complete on the project:

Database: complete
UI: complete
Data displays: incomplete
User Registration: incomplete
Payment and account management: incomplete
Extra notes: Looking for help to bring this project to completion by the end of November 2017.

Full Git repo with notes, commits and basic documentation. Code reviews in place.
