Description

We're having an issue with Graph API permissions and granting permission from Entra ID to two third-party applications in our Microsoft as your tenant. Summarised below;
- we have two application applications that we are trying to connect to our Microsoft tenant, one is Crossware (standardises email signatures for companies) and the other is connecting Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint into n8n (the agentic AI workflow tool).
- for both we need to grant admin consent for the organisation. Both applications register in Azure Enterprise Applications but then the (Graph API we think) connections fail on a permissions basis (invalid permissions or similar errors).
- we are almost certain it is a conflict in Graph API permissions or how we have configured our Microsoft/Azure tenant settings. We need an expert who is very familiar with Entra ID to come in and quickly solve the issue.
Timeline: we need this fixed ASAP, ideally over the next few days
Rate: £50 is just a placeholder, it could be higher or lower depending on experience

Hi Rob,
Are both applications listed as "Verified" publishers in your Azure portal, or do they show any warnings related to unverified consent or permission scopes?
Thanks
Naresh
