Description
Experience Level: Entry
I currently have a Google Sheets document that calculates the distance between two UK post codes in metres. I then has a formula that converts this into miles.
I understand that the Sheets file is using Google Maps API. Unfortunately the script is re loading every calculation every time I open the file. This is causing an issue as the distance calculated can change on every re open.
I need the mileage calculation to calculate once and stay permanent. My research suggests using Goole Properties instead of Maps but I am unsure if this is the correct solution.
Script attached but I can supple the Google Sheets file before work commences.

This sounds more like a data issue. A postcode cannot be a fixed point. Is it not just a question of removing the link to the Google API but retaining the values?
