My account on google adwords has been suspended due to "Circumventing systems" site policy violation.

This is because my website themeatthief.co.uk was hacked into and they hacker made a redirection to google.co.uk

I have contacted google adwords but they just say the following:

Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated

    Hi Jordan,

    As a Google Partner, I can always call my Google rep to ask them. But the answer will be the same if your site is still infected.

    If the offensive content has been taken down, they should allow a reinstatment.

    Let me know if you would like a proposal from me.
