I have an existing Salesforce that was set up by a developer about 12 months ago. I understand that Salesforces does much more than how our salesforce1 is set up to do.
We are an employee benefits broker - so we basically sell benefits like Private Medical, Life Insurance, Income Protection etc to employers and in turn they offer this cover to their employees, so we have a client (the employer) and they have employees who we need to add and remove from each of the schemes (private medical, life insurance etc).
I would like to have a conversation with you and run you through how it is currently set up and I want to run some ideas by you with regard to:
1. Automated emails to clients on certain dates
2. Data Capture of transactions within each client account
3. Tidying up the look and feel of the existing interface - any suggestions?
4. I can't seem to pay a subscription for my account - when I go to renew there is always an error message - we have 8 days until my initial trial expires.
5. I would be interested to learn how we can link sales force in with our emails (via Google Mail)
6. Ultimately, would it be possible for clients to request changes that are automated through salesforce by completing a form?
There's quite a bit here and we may need to concentrate on certain parts of the project before moving on. Please let me know what you may be able to help me with and what you won't be able to help me with - that way we can prioritise where you may be able to help.
