We are not interested in individuals. Only registered and reputable agencies with genuine reviews outside PPH and on PPH will be vetted for this job.

Please do not send me any offers. Just go with the following steps:

Step 1: We only deal with agencies and not individuals. If you applied as an individual with an actual agency that is not bogus, then please put your agency forward.
Step 2: Read the job specs properly and ensure that you understand exactly what we want and the industry we operate in.
Step 3: Research the example competitors listed on the job add. Watch their product webinar videos, read their blogs, read their documentation and be very sure you know their product because what we want to build is exactly like theirs. Please do not request for a demo from the competition as doing so will get you legally excluded from this project.
Step 4: Tell us what you understand about the requirements and get ready with your technical team to do a proper demo of your key project in your portfolio that aligns with some of our product features. We don't want a meeting of just one person. We want to see some of your team and have a feel for the kind of people that we might be working with.
Step 5: We will provide you with a time for meeting and you can send a Google meeting link/invite for the meeting. You will be sharing your screen that is why we prefer Google meets.
Step 6: After the meeting, we expect not more than a 1-page document that briefly explains the intended tech stack, number of allocated resources (like FE and BE dev, BAs, PMs, QAs, etc), cost (fixed and must be within the budget. Agencies that bid outside the budget will be very low priority).
Step 7: We will review and get back to you. If we like what we see, we will send you our draft contract with requirements for you to read and sign.
Step 8: The project can begin.


Note:

Competitors such as Recollective have a lot of videos which you should really study because that is essentially our requirements. If you go read a website and expect to know everything. The videos tell you a lot about the product and requirements. It is vital that you have watched the videos before you have a meeting with us.
