Position Overview
We are seeking an full-stack developer to join our team in building and enhancing a comprehensive membership management platform combined with different modules including: health, ecommerce-shop, and social media functionality.
You don't need to be a highly experienced full-stack developer with a university degree. We understand that in today's AI-powered world, passionate individuals can learn and master complex technologies independently. Prior experience with our exact technical stack is NOT mandatory.
Platform Description
Our platform is a sophisticated multi-tenant system that manages:
Thousands+ active members across multiple locations throughout Germany
Complex member lifecycle management (applications, registrations, renewals, cancellations)
77+ data fields per member including personal data, payment information, legal agreements, and compliance tracking
Multi-location assignment and transfer capabilities
Automated billing and invoice generation system
Mollie API integration
Payment processing and bank transaction matching
Legal compliance documentation and agreement archiving
Technical Stack
Frontend:
React 18+ with TypeScript
Modern UI with Tailwind CSS
Progressive Web App (PWA) capabilities
Real-time updates and notifications
Backend:
Supabase (PostgreSQL) database
Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation
RESTful APIs and real-time subscriptions
Serverless functions for complex business logic
Integrations:

Compensation & Terms
Contract Type: Freelance/Contract position/Full time employee
Duration: depending on your skill level and your fit to our company (potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Remote-friendly with occasional on-site meetings - relocation package to Germany possible
Compensation: Competitive hourly/project rate based on experience
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Can the project be breaking down into phases?Nils H.14 Jul 2025Hey,
the foundation is already there. Most workflows, customer journeys, and database schema is there.
The first couple of days would be understanding the project. After that: working on jira tickets and workflows under guidance for a couple of days. After that the developer should have a good understanding of the project and continue to improve and implement new features without guidance for every step.
Now the next steps for finding the right candidate:
1. This week we evaluate all the proposals and do interviews
2. We select the best candidates and do a small paid task to evaluate the fit to our project.
3. We are going to hire 1 to 3 people
