Freelancing website - Blockchain technology

I need an experienced Web developer and Blockchain expert to assist in creating a top of the range freelancing website.

The website will likely feature approx 20 Pages with 5 of the main pages already designed, this will show you the format at which i need the rest of the pages designed/completed.

I need a developer that has a good understanding of what a leading freelancing platform would require and be able to use your own initiative and problem solving skills to address any obstacles that we may face.

Key features to be implemented:
1. Metamask integration
2. Fully working Ethereum Multi-sig Escrow
3. Dispute Case Management System
