Framework 7 and PHP coder

Looking for a very competent programmer oat a great rate. Issues will revolve around Javascript Framework 7 and PHP. Would like a coder who can quote on a job by job basis. Some very simple tasks, so looking for cheap prices for these.

First 2 fixes will be:

1. Make a page appear within index page.... For some reason, when it is called, it doesnt load to the index
2. Replace iFrame code with equivalent, non restrictive code with same functionality
