Form to email

Have a html website that has 2 pages with forms to fill out and a submit button and 1 contact page with a send button. Everything is set so up to use the FormToEmail.php script to send the information to one email. The problem at the moment is that when you hit submit and send it opens the FormToEmail.php instead of using the script to send the information.

I know this is a simple problem to solve but I don't have the time to work it out
