Fix Javascript error and complete installation of lightweight CMS script

Description of requirements/features: I have built a single static HTML/CSS web page and I need to integrate a simple CMS/HTML Editor to allow my client to edit the live page content inline and allow him to drag and drop to re-order content blocks. This CMS script meets my requirements - www.inlinecms.com

I have followed the instructions in the product video to install the script on my staging server and integrate my web page with it. I try to run the layout editor and mark editable regions in my design (1:20 to 3:05 in the product instruction video), but when I click Save it doesn't save and I get a Javascript error in my browser developer console.

The error I am getting is "layouter.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined".

I need someone to troubleshoot and fix this error and get the CMS script working.

I will provide:
- FTP access to my staging server
- The CMS install package and my webpage design files.
- The product installation instruction video which can be found on the homepage of www.inlinecms.com
- Any other details needed

- Expertise in troubleshooting Javascript code
