Fix issues with Bootstrap Website

Description of every page/module: After a successful career in sales I have decided to get into HTML5 with an emphasis on Bootstrap. My plan is to build the business while learning as much as possible about Bootstrap.

Initially I want to focus on relatively small/simple projects and grow the business (and my skills) from there. When I come across potential projects that I do not have the experience for, I would like to bid on these but will obviously need help; which is where you come in. Being a successful web design/development company is a tough nut to crack, but with the right team nd by picking the right battles we should have some good fun.

I’m looking for someone who can help me technically on a freelance basis and see where we go from there. I think my current issues are a good starting point.

Please let me know how much time and money you think is needed to address the following issues:

In the text that comes up just underneath this heading I don’t have the time to read it. I've read up on this and have changed just about everything, but just can’t work it out (I suspect it has something to do with tp-bannertimer).

Map on Contact Us Page
The only way I can get it to work is by defining image size in pixels, but this isn't any good for device neutral code (Bootstrap).

Also the Map location icon isn't showing.

What I'm after is a working solution and a step-by-step description on how to fix these issues.
It would be good to have your comments (and costs) on what else you could do for the site.
