Description of every page/module: the website is salsalconstruction.com
php and html files are available on request
Description of requirements/features: Book Estimate Form (homepage), Footer contact form (all pages apart from the Contact Us page), and the Contact Us page form requirements:

• Name – compulsory
• Email – compulsory
• Phone – optional
• Message – compulsory
• Confirmation email sent to the user (message text will be provided)
• Notification sent to the designated email address (will be provided) – the subject line should tell the admin which form was used to send the message, e.g. “Estimate Booking Notification” and “Contact Form Message”
• Validation according to the requirements above; when validation is triggered, preserve the data user already entered, so they don’t have to enter everything again
