Website has moved servers and no longer works, throwing up errors:
Fatal error: Class 'CmsRegularTaskHandler' not found in /homepages/23/d842881009/htdocs/websites/NorthamptonChambers/include.php on line 261

The site was built about 10 years ago on a platform called CMSMS, the php it runs on is outdated (5.6). It was still working ok until I had to change servers. the ISP is IONOS.
Need it fixed and working again. i can provide ftp access to the web files and MySQL access to the database if needed.
please quote hours to complete job.
