Fix an excel macro file

I have this excel file created to make creating our meter readings easier it seems broken. I really need it fixing to work properly all the time. Here is the master and one I have been using. I am supposed to sellect the machine location and then press get both to get the reading. I have a few of these files created to will need to apply the fix to all of them.

The file allows me to manually or upload the file the machine genterates to add the latest reading to work out the difference that I transfer to an invoice. I need a price to see what going wrong with it when you see the files and if possible to improve it.

All information in the files is confidential and all rights to the code will remain with the creator and agreements inforce. After the project all files and copies must be deleted.
