Fix a small JQuery issue

Hi, I'm working on a web form for a client.

The form uses JQuery to change the behaviour of the placeholder text for the form fields.

The behaviour they want is working for all the fields except the Company Size field which is a Select field.

I need updated code to be provided which will help to fix that behaviour, so that the placeholder text appears large in the field and then goes small to the top of the field when an option is selected.
