Fix 3 issues in asp.net with c#

i'm a newer in asp.net ( webForm ) with c#

i work locally

i have 3 issue i need some person to fix it :

1- i need to add dropdownlist with checkbox with search jquery within dropdownlist ..
i have stored pruc to fill dropdownlist with text , i need user ti check what he need by checkbox then click save button to pass selected item with vaules to MS SQL table Via stored Pruc .

2- i have stored pruc get me once value ( count row ) , i need to print it into label in .aspx

3- i have tables for more items , every item maybe have more value within days . i need to make dropdown for items then select range date for values ( Min = first value date , Max = last value date ) THEN Show data ( Date, Value ) to Flot charts . http://www.flotcharts.org/ ( i installed it alredy )

i wish my issues is clear ..
Extra notes: i work locally , i mean any solve must be use TeamViewr :(
