Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a web application that is almost complete however I need the forms to be redesigned and re coded. The site is hosted already and will supply a link to the site once we are in contact.
There is a tight deadline so only respond if you can start immediately.
Update: Job specifics.
Please visit:
www.copier-relocation.co.uk
www.copier-relocation.co.uk/client
www.copier-relocation.co.uk/administrator
I have been locked out from the admin section and have tried to reset the password but this is not working.
Please feel free to set up a profile within the client section www.copier-relocation.co.uk/client
The site workflow. (Shortened Version).
The customer visits the site, creates a user account and submits a job request (Relocation or Collection).
Admin receives the job request and sends it to a single or group of agents, or even several groups of agents.
Agent receives a new job notification both by email and within their agent section. They login and view the job detail then provide a quote and availability window.
Quotes go to admin who then select an agent eg ‘Courier TNT’ plus any additional agents such as ‘Carpenter’. The price then gets added together and admin is then able to add their fee to the order.
The quote then goes to the customer/ client. The customer then logs in and pays.
Once payment has been made admin receive a notification via email and within the admin area. Admin then release the full job to the previously selected agents (with address details and contact details).
(When an agent has been unsuccessful with their bid, they will receive a notification and email informing them. This is also true for successful bids, agents need to receive a notification informing them).
Once the job has been completed. The client/ customer confirms the job was completed correctly and has an area to ‘note’ any issues such as damage etc they need to be able to attach photo’s.
Once customer has signed the job off, an invoice is sent to them to them and becomes available to download within their client section.
Job complete.
Site Survey.
The site survey is a tool which gives the user options such as ‘From the current location of your device, what would be the next step to it’s new location?’ A drop down box is then available with options such as proceed forward and when selected another drop box appears with options such as 1-1000 meters then another box appears that provides options for floor surface type such as wooden, or stone. I have a working version of this tool which is available if you create a profile by visiting www.copier-relocation.co.uk.

I also have attached a PowerPoint that demonstrates this tool if you need to look at it.
