Filter Huge data using Jupyter Notebook

Hello,
I need to filter out 30 million data from two csv files.
Filter out csv based on column of other csv file. Like this.

csv1:
email first name last name
test123@gmail.com test 123
forex@gmail.com forex forex1
david@gmail.com david john

csv2:
email
test123@gmail.com
david@gmail.com

output:
email first name last name
test123@gmail.com test 123
david@gmail.com david john
