Extracting VBA routines from a corrupted Excel XLSM file

The attached XLSM file does not load correctly as it may have become corrupted. This project is to extract the VBA modules which I can then load them into a fresh Excel file. The Microsoft article below gives some guidance on this:

If you are an experienced Excel VBA programmer, this task is probably fairly straight forward.

The test is whether, as a result of you completing this project, I am able to import the VBA into a new workbook even with some defects which I can correct manually if necessary.

If, in the process, you are able to suggest how the corruption occurred, that would be instructive, but this stage is not essential.
