Extract the text from PDF file and convert it to an Excel file

Create something that will extract the text from a PDF file and convert it to an Excel file.

From the attached list of products that I am sending I need the following example extracted from the first product:

MSKU: 2R-FB4S-OD3F
EAN: 5060236068200
Units expected: 100

I need this put into some sort of table or rows and columns. Excel would be fine but CSV would do.

I need something created that I can use on a daily basis myself, uploading a PDF and the output is an Excel or CSV file
