Extract my email and attachment in outlook 365

Freelancer Required: Outlook Email & Attachment Extraction (Latest Microsoft Outlook)

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with extracting emails and attachments from my Microsoft Outlook account (latest version).

The scope of work includes:

Extracting all email attachments

Saving attachments with clear, meaningful file names (based on email subject, sender, and/or date)

Exporting the full content of each email into PDF or Word format

Ensuring emails and attachments are accurately matched and well organised

No PST/PSD or raw mailbox exports are required

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook (desktop)

Proven experience extracting and organising large volumes of emails and attachments

Excellent attention to detail and file organisation skills

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Additional requirement:

The freelancer must be willing to join a Microsoft Teams or Zoom call to walk through the project requirements

Must be comfortable accessing my machine remotely (via an agreed and secure method) to carry out the work

Accuracy, confidentiality, and structure are critical, as the extracted files will be used for review and record-keeping purposes.
