Expert Python Data Analysis and Model Training

I am looking for an experienced Python data analyst and machine learning specialist to assist with a comprehensive data analysis and model training project. The project involves cleaning and preprocessing data, performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), training machine learning models, and potentially developing a web application for model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Preprocessing:

Import and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Handle missing values, outliers, and data transformations as needed.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):

Conduct thorough EDA to uncover insights and patterns in the data.
Visualize data using Matplotlib and Seaborn to provide clear insights.
Model Training and Evaluation:

Split data into training and testing sets.
Select and train appropriate machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, etc.).
Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics (accuracy, RMSE, etc.).
Optimize models for better performance.
Web Application Development (Optional):

Develop a web application using Flask or Django to showcase the model.
Deploy the application on Heroku, AWS, or another preferred platform.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning using Python.
Strong proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and scikit-learn.
Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, Flask, and Django is a plus.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
