Expert developer to code a Team Carousel system in Wordpress

Hi there I need an expert Wordpress developer to code a quite simple Team Carousel system into Wordpress, the Team people are already build into Wordpress users system ready with all info and data, now I need a developer to develop a system, ideally a Carousel system to show the different "teams of people" on different areas of website, example with the generation of a shortcode.

Nothing very complex just user picture and 3 data to show under the pictre then a link to a person page (Already build and ready).

So it is basically to get the data (fields) from, user profiles and show them in a good Carousel (Mobile friendly) with standard design to place on different pages of the website.

The work is quite urgent, so only people with immediate availability to work on the project please.
