Experienced professional for 1 API Creation with Front End/Back

We use into Plenty Markets (multi channel management inventory system) (https://developers.plentymarkets.com/rest-doc/introduction).

I need an experienced professional for 1 API Creation with Front End/Backend between a dropshipper and a Multi Channel System

My budget is set up at £500 and non negotiable for the project and would need it to be done and finalized by Monday the 27th August without fail.

What I need:

1: We need the items from the dropshipper to be created in plenty (with or without filters to only import those brands that you want imported, so that I can choose what I want)

2: We need a stock update from dropshipper to items in plenty preferably as often as possible eg. hourly or 15 min interval

3: We need to forward orders from plenty (that have stock assigned to the dropshipper virtual warehouse) to the dropshipper

4: We need feedback from the dropshipper to let the plenty order know that it has been fulfilled eg. by providing the tracking or parcel number

5: Will need to be able to adjust prices by adding a profit margin percentage for three different price points

Will need the front end done for API on the server so that they can be easily used.

ONLY Experienced Azure.Net developers need apply as the project needs to be done to perfection and within time allotted.

The job has been started by a previous developer who basically messed up the project and now I need to find someone asap to get it properly finished and working.

Please note that my business is being affected every single day by this so despite the fact that the deadline is the 29th August this is urgent.

You will have to liaise with both systems involved so you must be proficient in English.

You can use what has been done and amend, fix, make it work properly or start from scratch but still using Azure.

As stated I have been losing a lot of money due to the fact that my stock is not in sync so selling and over selling a lot, so need this fixed, created urgently.
