Executable Data File To Dump Numbers/Data in a text file or CSV

Looking for a 2 small executable file to generate data based on data input.

Start Prefix, Barcodes (Number) and Date will be input with the amount of Barcodes Required.

When the number hits 99999 it reverts back to 00001 and the 3 digit alpha prefix increases the letter by one.
Once the end letter hits Z it will increase the second number.

Example BJZ99999 next number will be BKA00001 until BKA99999 the next number will then be BKB00001

File one full amount of barcodes : if 100,000 input it will generate 100,000 Numbers/Prefix and Date

The Second File will generate a number sequence as per DATA 2, same scenario as above but will show a start and end number along with the Roll ID but will have a start number, end number , date and amount of sequences.
