Description
Experience Level: Expert
Need a simple solution (likely VB?) to removing duplicate phone numbers and blanks from an Excel spreadsheet on a row by row basis. There are a maximum of 9 columns of phone numbers although these may not be fully populated (and possibly all blank)
Two row example
eg 1234 1234 2222 blank 6666 1234 9999 1212 1212
blank blank 4567 7894
Would end up as
1234 2222 6666 9999 1212
4567 7894
NB The real phone numbers are 10/11 characters each
There are 20,000 rows in the real sheet and am using Excel in Microsoft Office 365. The solution should be usable on other spreadsheets assuming same format (although maybe different numbers of rows)
Example file attached - real file has 20k rows
