Hello,
We have made task manager excel file, in this file we have tasks with deadline dates specified in column A i.e. 20/07/2018, the rest of the data on each row contains formulas which calculate the tasks that need completing. We would like the VBA module to firstly check if today’s date (GMT) is greater than the date specified in column A.(in other words, the task is past its deadline) If so, we would like the VBA code to format the data in the row so that it is no longer a formula and is now just text. (as if you were to copy the data and then just Paste -> Values over it again). These rows that are now formatted to text need to then be locked and unable to edit.
Also, in column F, we have a time stamp that updates when the user sets a status of ‘Complete’ in column D. Only issue is with current excel formulas, if we update one rows status to ‘Complete’, it changes the time stamp for all rows that have a value of ‘Complete’ in column D. We would like this so every cell in column F stores its own individual time stamp for when the user sets the cell value in column D to ‘Complete’
Below I will attach the example Excel file.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
With your proposal please include…
- A full time-frame for the task
- A full price quote for the task
- Examples of previous work relative to the task
Kind Regards,
Dan
