Hi I just need the attached spreadsheet adapted with a couple of extra functions:
1) A button that reduces all the entries in the 'Sessions remaining' column by 1.
2) 6 new tabs - So on the first it will show week 1 (then the following 5 tabs will show the subsequent weeks) - with 4 separated columns 'A' 'B' 'C' 'D' - each should show a list of the names found in the relevant column on sheet 1. For example 'Week 1 - column C' will currently show Arjun Rose and Samantha Walker. There should be no empty spaces in these lists/columns. So it reads as an attendance register.
3) I also want to be able to share this with another user to make edits
