Excel Power Query or VBA assistance required

Hi, I am only looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate experience in this area .

I have one single issue that I need addressing. I need to compare 2 data sets, and any data which is in dataset one, needs to be deleted from dataset 2

So the duplicated data in dataset 2 - the contents of that cell only needs to be deleted from dataset 2

Im led to believe this can be solved by either Power Query or VBA if I want it done automatically.

I would need to know how to change parameters if the data we receive changes columns etc. Maybe you could make a video for me as I need need a flexible and lifetime automated process

In the attached example, any duplicated data that is found in sheet one must be deleted (hopefully in one go) from sheet 2
