Excel POS system| Adapting a free open source template to fit my needs

General information for the business: We are an online fashion store

Description of requirements/functionality:

I am looking for a Macro based Excel POS software to input and manage orders and stock from online sales. I have a free open source Excel template for you to download that just needs some tweaks to adhere to the needs of my online business.

1. Add Features:
As my business sells on many platforms the type of sale will need to be selected on the till sales screen to generate an Order reference for the receipt e.g. a "Website" sale would have an order reference like: WEB635 and if a sale was made on the "Depop" selling app it would look something like: DEP871

To be able to match up receipts with items before posting, having the address of each customer at the top of their receipt would really help the flow of work.

2. Theme Customisation:
As dull as most POS systems can be I would like this to be minimalistic and modern in design. Touches such as fonts being in capital letter "Futura" and having white Macro buttons with black outline would help with the modern approach to this database. A logo will be provided for the main screen also.
