Excel Macro Required

Please see attached spreadsheet. This is an example on what is required and not the actual data.

Row 2 in each of the numbered Tabs needs to be copied to a separate sheet as a collection of Rows.
You can see the desired end result in the tab entitled "Item Rows"

Rows 4 onwards (there could be multiple entries) in each of the numbered Tabs needs to be copied to a separate sheet as a collection of Rows.
You can see the desired end result in the tab entitled "Entry Rows"
Additionally, Column H in the "Entry Rows" will need populating with the data from cell A2 in each Tab

I'll need a Macro that I can re-use. Once I select the Freelancer, I'll share the actual data. There are around 40-50 Tabs (rather than 3 in the example)

Please only bid if you know how to do this task straight away i.e. an Excel expert.
