Excel macro programming

Hello,

I am looking for a programmer to create a macro in excel where I can create a customer profile. Each profile could be searcheable afterwards and each profile will a have a bills related to it. At present I manually create a new Tab for each bill I have to print. I am looking a way to automate the process and have a search to prevent multiple profile for clients how has several bills.
