Electronics and Coding on Arduino

I am a product designer, but I do not know much about electronics and coding. I am designing a plastic lid bottle opener but I want it to be mounted on the wall. I need to know what electronics to use. It will have 2 claws that will hold the bottle lid in place (a sensor which detects the lid and size) it will then grip onto it and press a button to twist it to open the bottle. It will also re-seal if you press another button. It will then need to go back to the start to do this again. I need someone that knows about electronics and to also code this on Arduino.
