Dnsmasq config

I would like to have help to configure properly dnsmasq in my ubuntu 22 system
I need dnsmasq to be a dns cache and resolve for a local domain.
I try by myself but it never run correctly.
Now I am quit unable to update the system because it resolve too slowly
Anydesk is intalled in the system and can be used to connect to the system.
The goal is reloved when I restart the machine and the dns can resolve ipv4 and ipv6
