Development of a Web Based Course Exercise

We run occasional on-line and face-to-face training courses. We have developed a suite of several simple exercises which run on a PC or laptop using intuiface.com and the programming system on its website. We want to migrate these exercises to a web-based system on our website at www.sixfold.biz and not use the intuiface system.

I am looking for an outline approach, a draft program and once any changes have been made, a final program which we can link to our delegates. I want a cost for the entire development to include any information needed to maintain the software. If possible, the work needs to be complete by the end of Sep 2021.

I put this opportunity up for proposals in July 2021 as a Microsoft Office based requirement. The responses I have received have convinced me that I need to change this to being an interactive, web based system which delegates can access through their browser. The idea is that we would use a secure website with a SQL Server back-end support. Users would navigate to the website and be directed around there appropriately without needing to download anything or worry about installing files. I am readvertising the opportunity with this fundamental change in the requirement.

- Any ideas to improve the operation and delivery of the exercises

The budget figure is nominal. I will evaluate the responses on a balance between price and the expected quality of the software.
