Developer Needed - Automated Instagram Reposting - Image editing

Objective: create a crypto currency news channel called 'Crypto Croc' on instagram which uses altcoindaily posts to create uniquely branded images and posts.

Requirements:
- When altcoin daily post a new image with heading and subheading. Example attached.

- Crop and save image, and save text.
- Create a 'Crypto Croc' post including
i) New image (similar to the attached template) - containing cropped image, Heading, Subheading, Logo and 'Croc' image etc
ii) Description from Altcoindaily post
iii) hashtags from Altcoin daily post
- Publish post on 'Crypto Croc' channel.

Flexible budget. Please let me know if this is feasible and briefly describe technical detail of how you would implement.
