Description of requirements/features: Jobsite to have all main features and example of the type of back end that needs implementing is at www.smartjobboard.com, the front end has already been developed and is responsive to mobile devices, it may need some extra work but the main design has been completed. I require the backend to developed and implemented there will be some extra pages that will need designing so HTML skills to a good standard will also be required. There will be ongoing work and maintenance on the site once launched and the fee's and amount i will pay will be discussed at a later date once i have worked with my developer and built a good relationship.
