Develop the backend for an auction site for business leads.
HTML5 and "mobile-first" design approach will gear the site for use largely by mobile users. The site should first be developed with the views/output as raw unstyled HTML5. Adding CSS and javascript will be done after you have completed the basic framework and is not part of this proposal.
Open to your suggestions for frameworks, but straight PHP/MySQL or a lightweight easy to comprehend framework like CodeIgniter is preferred.
Needs a robust easy to use registration/login system with individual permissions for Customer, Dataentry and Administrator levels.
